These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7cx platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, bonuses, and account operations. 2.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and 7cx. 2.2 Deemed Acceptance. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing a 7cx account. Continued use of any part of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of such revised Terms.
2.3 Capacity to Contract. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, and that no legal impediment — including but not limited to age restrictions, regulatory prohibitions, or prior platform exclusions — prevents you from doing so.
2.4 Primacy of English Version. These Terms are published in English, which is the governing language of this document. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. 7cx employs automated systems to detect multi-accounting. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in forfeiture of all balances across the accounts concerned and permanent platform exclusion.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and shall entitle 7cx to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 7cx is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of withdrawal processing and, in certain cases, during the normal course of account operation. Players are required to submit government-issued identification documents and any additional verification materials requested by 7cx within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete KYC to 7cx's satisfaction may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or both.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. 7cx reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the Platform from certain jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 7cx complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 7cx makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in any particular jurisdiction.
4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 7cx account credentials, including username, password, and two-factor authentication details. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account credentials — whether or not authorised by the Player — is the Player's responsibility. 7cx will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Compromise. Players must notify 7cx immediately via support [at] 7cx.biz if they suspect or discover that their account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or shared with a third party. 7cx will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability. 7cx accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of their account to any other person. Players may not allow any other person to use their account credentials to access the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balance.
4.4 Account Information Updates. Players are responsible for keeping their registered account information current and accurate. Changes to registered email address, mobile number, or payment method must be communicated to 7cx support and may require additional verification before becoming active. 7cx is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information held on account.
4.5 Inactive Account Policy. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7cx reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts, and to close accounts that remain inactive for extended periods following reasonable notification to the registered email address.
5.1 Approved Methods. 7cx accepts deposits exclusively through Approved Payment Methods as listed on the Platform cashier at the relevant time. The current Approved Payment Methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 7cx reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 7cx is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees) equivalent, or the stated minimum for the specific payment method used, whichever is greater. No interest is payable by 7cx on deposited funds held in player accounts.
5.3 Deposit Processing Time. JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet deposits are processed in real time and credited to the Player's account within sixty (60) seconds of authorisation under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within thirty (30) minutes of funds being received and confirmed. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation, typically within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement. Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally and that have been legitimately obtained. The use of funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful means to fund a 7cx account is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5.5 Currency Conversion. All platform balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the indicative rate displayed at the time of deposit confirmation. This rate includes no hidden markup or spread beyond what is disclosed to the Player at deposit time.
5.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their Account Settings at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to reduce a deposit limit are actioned immediately. Requests to increase a previously set limit are subject to a mandatory forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
Note: 7cx does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the funding payment method must match the name on the registered 7cx account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the sending account may be reviewed for compliance.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds from their account balance at any time, subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures; (b) compliance with all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds; (c) the account being in good standing with no active investigation, restriction, or compliance hold; and (d) the minimum withdrawal threshold being met.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the minimum stated in the cashier at the time of request.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within two (2) hours during platform operational hours (09:00–02:00 PKT daily). Requests submitted outside operational hours are queued and processed at the commencement of the next operational window. 7cx does not impose withdrawal processing fees on standard cashout requests via Approved Payment Methods.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Where the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, 7cx will request alternative verified account details from the Player.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal of PKR 200,000 per transaction and PKR 500,000 per calendar week. VIP-tier players are subject to enhanced limits as communicated in their VIP programme documentation. 7cx reserves the right to apply enhanced withdrawal verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests regardless of account tier.
6.6 Right to Withhold. 7cx reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, match-fixing facilitation, or any other breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason therefor where disclosure is not contrary to applicable law.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by 7cx are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general provisions in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses at 7cx is 30x the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses carry their own stated wagering requirements. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Fund balances expire automatically at the conclusion of the validity period without compensation. The standard validity period is 21 calendar days from bonus activation unless otherwise specified.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. 7cx employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while maintaining close to 100% of the bonus value; coordinated play between accounts; multiple accounts claiming the same bonus; and abuse of matched betting or arbitrage techniques in conjunction with bonus claims. Discovery of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and account suspension.
7.6 Bonus Opt-Out. Players may opt out of bonus offers and request to play with Real Money Funds only by contacting 7cx support prior to making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and activated, it cannot be removed without forfeiting any associated winnings derived from Bonus Fund wagers.
8.1 Game Availability. 7cx makes gaming content available on an "as available" basis. The platform reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game or game category at any time without prior notice to Players. A game's availability at any given time does not constitute a guarantee of its continued availability.
8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on 7cx — including slots, virtual casino table games, and crash games — use RNG systems that have been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated for games reflect the long-run statistical return under certified RNG conditions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.3 Bet Settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a Player's screen and the result recorded on 7cx's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed definitive and shall govern settlement. Network latency, browser errors, or device malfunctions do not constitute grounds for result alteration.

8.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game, system, or software malfunction that affects the outcome or display of any wagering event, 7cx reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Void bets are refunded in full to the Player's Real Money balance; no compensation for anticipated winnings is payable.
9.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cx Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling 7cx to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the Player's account and forfeit any balance therein:
Consequence Notice: Any funds derived from prohibited conduct, including winnings accumulated during periods of fraudulent or prohibited activity, are subject to forfeiture in their entirety. 7cx will co-operate fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigation into financial crimes or gaming integrity breaches involving platform activity.
10.1 Platform Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the 7cx Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, game content, written content, graphics, user interface elements, and any other proprietary materials — are owned by or licensed to 7cx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited User Licence. 7cx grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any Platform content or intellectual property.
10.3 Prohibited Uses. Players must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the 7cx Platform without the prior written consent of 7cx. Scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction from the Platform is expressly prohibited.
11.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 7cx is genuinely committed to the welfare of its Players and to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible at all times through Account Settings, and actively encourages their use as a standard component of player account management — not only in crisis situations.
11.2 Minimum Age — 21 Years. As stated in Section 3.1, the minimum age for all 7cx Gaming Services is 21 years. This restriction is enforced at registration and through identity verification at withdrawal. 12.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The 7cx Platform and all Gaming Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7cx makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with any specific device or network configuration.
12.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not 7cx was advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, 7cx's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their 7cx account during the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. 7cx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 7cx's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet service disruptions, cyber-attacks, or financial system failures affecting the Approved Payment Methods.
13.1 Right to Amend. 7cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via the registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least five (5) business days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or licensing authority directive.
13.2 Effect of Amendment. Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any withdrawable Real Money balance.
13.3 Version History. 7cx maintains an internal record of previous versions of these Terms. Players may request access to prior versions by contacting support, subject to 7cx's document retention policies.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7cx holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution — Initial Step. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 7cx, the Player agrees to first contact 7cx support in writing at support [at] 7cx.biz and allow 7cx a period of thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith before initiating any formal proceedings. 7cx commits to acknowledging all written dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt.
14.3 Jurisdiction. For disputes not resolved through the internal process described in clause 14.2, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 7cx's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with one that is valid and enforceable and that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
